FINANCIAL INFORMATION
2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR
REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees are paid annually. These fees cover the basic start-up costs for the school year. There will be no discounts given on the basic registration fee for multiple children in one family. The basic registration fee for 2007-2008 school year is as follows:
April 2007 and May 2007:If paid by March 2007:

Family Commitment Fee: The Family Commitment Fee ($200 per family) is paid annually
and can be earned back through participation in the e-Scrip program. The amount earned from your e-Scrip
purchases will be refunded to you in May. You must have earned a minimum of $25.00 to recieve a refund
check. Once you have reached your goal of $200.00 any amount over that will be refunded at 50%.
Registration fees and Family Commitment fees are non-refundable (unless student is not
accepted into the school).
Testing is required of all new students. Although registration is accepted, final entrance into the school is based upon testing results and receipt of records from the previous school. If a student is not accepted based upon testing results, a full refund of the registration fees will be given. (There is a $30.00 non-refundable testing fee.)
TUITION
Tuition is figured on an annual basis and is handled through Facts Management Company. They have a variety of payment options available to choose from. There is an early pay discount of $100.00 pre student.
1. 10 Month Payment Plan-- Each payment is due on the first calendar day of the month. Payments start August 1st and final payment is due on May 1 (unless special arrangements are made with the office). There will be a 10% late fee assessed if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month (or the last school day prior to the 10th if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday) .
2. Annually-- An early-pay discount of $100.00 per student will be granted for accounts paid in full by June 1.

LATE ENROLLMENT--Tuition will be prorated for students entering school after October 1st.
WITHDRAWALS--One-half of a monthly payment will be charged for any pupil withdrawn or dismissed prior to the tenth of any current month in which he attends, with full charges being due for attendance after that date. The month of June is excluded and full charges must be paid. If you pay the annual tuition in full and you withdraw your child before the school year ends, your refund will have the $100 discount prorated. **All tuition payments and registration fees received to date are non-refundable should the student be withdrawn for any reason.**
ABSENCES-- No deductions will be made from the charges for absence during the school year (this includes pre-school).
LATE PAYMENTS--All tuition payments are due by the first of the month and are considered late if not paid by the 10th of that same month. If the 10th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, payments must be made the last school day prior to the 10th. A 10% Late Fee will be charged for any tuition payment paid after the 10th of the month. After an account has been delinquent for one month, the student will be suspended from school, unless special arrangements have been made.
RETURNED CHECKS--There is a $10.00 charge for any checks returned from the bank due to insufficient funds.
EXTENDED DAYCARE
(7:00-8:00a.m.) & (3:15-6:00p.m.)
All students enrolled at Calvary Christian School are automatically enrolled in the Daycare program. There are no separate registration forms required. Daycare charges may be paid monthly or by the hour. All daycare is billed each month for the previous month and must be paid for upon receipt of the invoice. All invoices sent and payments received are recorded on the student’s daycare card. Parents are required to sign their child either into daycare in the morning or out of daycare in the afternoon. If a parent does not sign his/her child in or out, they will be billed for the full amount for that day. The rate that is most cost-effective (hourly or flat rate) will be selected automatically at the time of billing.
Flat Rate $125.00 per month/ child
Hourly Rate $3.00 per hour
**Daycare closes promptly at 6:00p.m. There is a charge of $1.00 per minute, per child for time spent in daycare after 6:00p.m. payable immediately at the time of pick-up.
**Daycare rates do not include special Day Camps that are provided upon need during special school breaks such as: Christmas, Easter, summer, and other holidays. Day Camp charges are set at the time of the Day Camp.
